What we do

•Therapeutic•Accessible•Holistic•

Therapeutic • Accessible • Holistic

Infinite Harmony offers therapeutic, accessible yoga and yoga therapy in Basingstoke and North Hampshire for people dealing with chronic pain, stress, fatigue, long-term health conditions, peri/menopause and neurodiverse challenges… along with the general wear and tear of being human with a slightly creaky body.

Our approach is gentle, adaptable and evidence-informed, supporting people who may feel overlooked, intimidated or unsupported by traditional yoga, fitness or healthcare spaces.

You might be here because....
  • your shoulders seem permanently attached to your ears
  • you're struggling to switch off, rest or recharge properly
  • you know movement could help, but you're not sure where to start
  • your body feels stiffer, achier or more tired than it used to
  • you've stopped trusting your body quite as much as you once did
  • you're looking for a gentler, more sustainable way to feel well

At Infinite Harmony, movement is approached with care, adaptability and support rather than pressure or performance.

Why Infinite Harmony?

Because wellbeing should feel human, gentle and genuinely supportive, not intimidating, performative or exclusive. Here you'll find therapeutic, accessible support designed around real bodies, fluctuating energy and everyday life.

Therapeutic

Evidence-informed yoga and wellbeing support shaped by extensive training, experience and a genuinely person-centred approach.

Accessible

Gentle, adaptable practices designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

Holistic

Whole-person support that recognises the connection between body, mind, lifestyle and life circumstances.

Infinite Harmony is shaped by both professional expertise and real-life experience. I understand that wellbeing doesn't happen in a vacuum. Life can be messy, bodies can be unpredictable and energy can fluctuate. That's why everything I offer is designed to be practical, adaptable and supportive, helping you work with your body rather than against it.

I have taken the adaptive chair yoga class for many years now, and still love it. I miss it when I am unable to attend. Vicky is a thorough, knowledgeable teacher. She is both funny, and patient with all of us.

Vicky ran a wonderful session with a group of tired teachers. Everyone loved the session, learnt a lot and felt incredibly relaxed. Vicky is excellent at leading yoga and ensuring it is inclusive for all. We had great fun too!

I started yoga about 2 months ago. I have arthritis in my hips and I'm extremely stiff and achy most of the time. I try to remain active with regular exercise classes during the week. I started yoga to complement my existing routine and can positively say that, even though done only 2 months, I can feel the difference. Physically I'm less achy and I'm also understanding the connection between (para)sympathetic nervous system and general wellbeing. Vicky is hugely knowledgeable and even though classes are full, she is able to make classes personal and individual.

A great yoga class! Vicky includes a mixture of yoga poses to suit all abilities. I love attempting the more challenging poses knowing that Vicky will guide and support me. The relaxation at the end finishes the session off perfectly. I wish I could do this class every morning as it really sets me up for the day.
