During the COVID-19 crisis all yoga classes and 121s will be delivered via Zoom.
- Daily classes at 08.00 to 08.30 will run during the working week.
- Lunchtime classes at 12.00 - 12.30 will run Tuesday's - Thursdays.
Previously publicly scheduled classes will be running at slightly different times.
- Gentle Chair Yoga - Monday's 14.00 - 15.00
- Tuesday Relax Yoga - Tuesday's 19.00 - 20.00
- Sunday Morning Yoga - Sunday's 10.00 - 11.00
- Sunday Evening Satsang - Sunday's 19.00 - 20.00
