I teach gently and collaboratively, offering choices and support so you can move in a way that feels good for you. About me

Work with me so that I can help you bring balance, strength, and harmony into your every day.

I am passionate about yoga, holistic health, aromatherapy, meditation, and alternative therapies as a way of combating the stress of modern life. Work/life balance is seriously out of kilter for most and through my experiences I believe in using alternative therapies to restore the balance. I am a qualified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Therapist, Holistic Therapist and Aromatherapist.
