Following Boris’ announcement last night and further developments today, I am planning to continue to run Infinite Harmony yoga sessions via Zoom for the foreseeable future. I have therefore extended the online sessions until at least the end of June and will continue to extend a month at a time until we have further clarity (ho hum!)
For those of you who haven’t yet managed to join a Zoom class and are missing your weekly fix of yoga then please get in touch so that I can help you. Joining the class is simple. You book via the Gymcatch booking app as normal. Once you have paid, Gymcatch will share the Zoom booking link which you use to join the class at the allotted time. As long as you have used your email address in your booking you will also be sent an automated reminder from Gymcatch before the class starts. I will be in the class 15 minutes before the session starts.
Classes are £3.50 for 30 minute sessions or £5.00 for 60 minute sessions. There is a 4-week pass for the 30 minute sessions available for £20.
If you are new to Infinite Harmony you will need to complete a health questionnaire which you can find here. You will also need to have a brief 121 with Vicky before the class starts.
