Time to return to face-to-face classes, again…..

I’m pleased to say that I have had confirmation from Lychpit Hall and St Mary’s Church that we are able to return to face-to-face classes, as long as we follow the guidance as laid out by the government and my yoga alliance body.

This states that in Tier 2 “Organised indoor activity and exercise classes can continue in groups provided students do not mix (closer than 2m distance) with people they do not live with or share a support bubble with.” For the full details please follow this link: https://go.yogaallianceprofessionals.org/teaching-yoga-lockdown-measure/tier-explanation

All our classes have 2m – 2.5m gap between the mats and attendees keep their distance before, during and after sessions. For a link to our Covid policy please click here: https://infiniteharmony.co.uk/covid-19-policy/

So this means that classes will return this Sunday 6th December at Lychpit Hall and on Tuesday 8th in St Mary’s Church hall. As before, I will be offering hybrid classes with reduced numbers in the hall and virtual classes via Zoom. Classes will need a minimum of 6 in-person bookings for the in-person element to take place.

We have also been a given a treat by Lychpit Hall and can start the classes a little later as they are unable to hire the hall out for parties. Classes will start at 10am for the next few weeks.

I have decided not to re-start the chair yoga classes in-person until after Christmas so these classes will continue via Zoom until the New Year.

To book you spaces either virtually or in-person please click on this link.

Don’t forget to bring your mask and warm clothes when coming to the in-person classes.

I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Take care

Namaste
