Infinite Relaxation
I am so excited! After weeks of planning and preparation, Caroline Storey from South Coast Hypnotherapy and I have launched a fabulous new workshop called Infinite Relaxation. The first of these workshops will take place in July in Basingstoke, North Hants with plans for a 8 weekly programme of workshops around the south. The workshops combine our favourite elements of Hatha yoga and meditation as well as some aromatherapy thrown in, combined with cognitive hypnotherapy and future progression work. Caroline and I have been planning the workshop to counteract the impact of modern living. You owe it to yourself to fully relax and recharge your batteries.
