Classes In February


Dear Yogis

Thank you so much for all your kind thoughts and well wishes while I recovered from Covid. The whole Watson clan succumbed but we are all fully negative and nearly back to fighting fit.

Classes are now back to normal times following my brief hiatus, with one change. I have decided that I am only going to offer hybrid classes on Tuesday evening’s class – mainly because the hall is quite small and I want to ensure that we can social distance as much as possible.

Sunday’s class is held in the Lychpit Community Hall and has plenty of space and lots of lovely windows to open so there is no need to carry on with a hybrid offering. I will of course change this if we end up (heaven forbid) with another lockdown or there are issues with hall bookings etc.

As Covid is still looming large I will continue to operate at reduced class sizes to keep us as safe as possible. Please ensure that you wear a mask to class and keep it on until you are on your mat or chair.

Please don’t attend class if you have any Covid symptoms or have been with anyone who has symptoms. As mentioned in previous emails, I have an auto immune disease and am on immune suppressing drug therapy so this is very important to me, I hope you understand.

All regular classes are listed below and you can book, complete your health questionnaire and pay all from the same Bookwhen platform. It would be great if you could book a week in advance.

I will try to offer all the classes on the schedule but class sizes are fluctuating a fair bit as Covid rages locally. If I am faced with low class numbers I will either cancel the class or move to a Zoom class only. If this happens I will move any booked sessions either to the Zoom session or on to the next available in-person slot if that is your preference.
