Wow! I can hardly believe that another year has passed. Following some very intense training weekends and ending with a week long summer school, my year 2 with The Inner Yoga Trust has now completed.
We have stayed in some amazing places during the year:
Park Place
Run by nuns, Park Place is in a lovely location and the mediation walk is very special. |
Gayles Farm
Gayles Farm has lovely warm accommodation and the food is excellent. They hang fairy lights throughout the farm which look magical at night. |
Monkton Wyld
We stayed at Monkton Wyld twice during the year – the food is always amazing. It’s not far from Lyme Regis and we were able to practice yoga on the beach the second time we went which was very special. |
Springhead Trust
A wonderful location where you can actually drink direct from the spring. There was a nesting swan when we stayed whose partner kept a beady eye on us as we went for our morning yoga sessions outside. |
Earth Spirit
Earth Spirit is where we attended summer school. Wonderful location, fantastic food and some lovely walks. |
