Infinite Relaxation Workshop to relax and re-energise your mind and body
Infinite Harmony and South Coast Hypnotherapy have joined forces to create the Infinite Relaxation Workshop.
During the workshop you will leave the daily stress behind and spend time re-energising your mind and reinvigorating your body.
Using a combination of meditation, Hatha yoga and cognitive hypnotherapy techniques the workshop will enable you to enter a state of calm and tranquility.
Hatha Yoga
The first part of the workshop will focus on gentle Hatha yoga poses or asanas and guided meditation to get your body and mind ready for the deep relaxation session.
Hatha yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings many health benefits, especially with regular practice. Yoga improves sleep, increases energy levels, improves muscle tone, provides relief from muscle pain and stiffness, boosts circulation and creates an overall better general health. The breathing aspect of yoga can benefit heart rate and blood pressure
Cognitive Hypnotherapy
During the deep relaxation session we use cognitive hypnotherapy to relax your physical body from top to toe before guiding your conscious mind to the lowest level of relaxation it can go to, whilst staying awake. This allows your unconscious mind to slow, calm and access a mind-state that is the most useful to you, whether that's creativity, problem-solving or just restful quiet. We will then combine all three parts back together, to bring you back to the present, feeling alert and grounded but still deeply relaxed.
Following refreshments, the final part of the workshop will focus on future progression - or creating the future you want. Again, using cognitive hypnotherapy, we will develop your timeline, travelling backwards to identify blocks to success and then progressing forwards towards the future you want to create.
Your unconscious mind does not know the difference between memory and imagination, so using 'memoragination' you can create the future you want to see. This 'fake it 'til you make it' approach uses neuro-science and cognitive techniques to create the future you want, more quickly than you might believe possible.
You will leave the workshop feeling relaxed, fired-up and focused!
The cost of this powerful 3-hour workshop is £45 which includes all tuition and refreshments (including home-made cake, tea and coffee).
