What are the benefits of 121 private yoga sessions?

A private yoga session is a fantastic way to give yourself some self-care and focus on your wellbeing. It allows you to develop your practice and focus on specific issues. 

Maybe you have got out of the habit of coming to a regular class and want to get back into it. Maybe you are feeling apprehensive about joining a class. Or maybe you just want to practice in a private setting.

Whatever your reasons, I can help you tailor a yoga program that is suitable for you. Following the initial session you will receive a written plan of asanas for you to practice on your own. I will make sure that you understand how to approach the asanas. You may be given a mix of asana, restorative and nidra work.

  • A yoga practice that is tailored to you and your needs, leaving you feeling energised and connected.
  • Feeling more relaxed as you have had some quality YOU time.
  • A sense that you are more balanced in mind, body and spirit.

Private lessons are available on a 1:1 basis. These sessions can be held virtually or in person.
