Newsletter February 2020

Welcome to Infinite Harmony's 1st newsletter!

I hope that you have had a great start to 2020 and are feeling fired-up and focused. I certainly am!  I spent time over the Christmas break planning the yoga classes for this year and decided to be brave by moving some class locations and introducing some retreats. Details of which you'll find below.

During 2019 I ran 195 classes both privately and publicly sharing yoga with over 120 people. I get a real buzz out of sharing what I love with you all and I'm always grateful for your humour and patience. Especially when I mix up my limbs and lefts and rights!

I am going to continue to refine classes and currently I have no plans to increase the number of publicly scheduled classes but I am looking at taking yoga into more offices and groups. So do let me know if you think your workplace or other setting would be interested in a regular yoga session.

Thank you so much for your continuing support and I hope to see you on the yoga mat (or chair!) very soon.

Namaste

Training News

I am going on a yin yoga and restorative yoga training course in February and I am looking forward to bringing this in to my regular classes – especially the Sunday Night Satsangs. If you want to find out more about Yin Yoga – click here.

Retreats in the UK

The first retreat that I am running will be held at this beautiful location: Riverside Cottage. It is just outside Winchester in Barton Stacey and has a purpose built yoga and art studio next to the River Dever.

The retreat will be on the 28th March 2020 and is a Spring Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat Day. The day will combine Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and Nidra with some coaching and planning work so that you can spring into Spring!

Assuming that all goes to plan – I will be running a further retreat here in October. Watch this space…..

Class News

At this time of year classes do tend to get quite busy. Please can you make sure that you book your spaces well in advance. I would hate for you to miss your regular slot. You can book up to a year in advance and can cancel 48hrs before the class starts should you need to.

Sunday Night Satsang's are continuing in 2020. I have decided to offer these sessions every other month.  If you haven't yet tried the combination of gentle yoga, yoga nidra and post relaxation chocolate you really don't know what you are missing!
The next Satsang will be held on Sunday 1st March. To book your space click here.

Chair Yoga

Relax Yoga

Sunday Morning Yoga

The chair yoga class has a new home, day and time. Finally we seem to have found the right combination! These classes are being run at Lychpit Community Hall on Monday's 14.00 – 15.00.

Tuesday night classes are continuing to prove popular at St Mary's Church hall. I am really looking forward to the roofing work to be completed and to be able to use the outside space again in the Summer months.
*Except for 1st Tues of month when it starts at 18.15.

After a tricky end to 2019 with potential changes to halls etc. I'm pleased to say that we are continuing to run classes at Lychpit Community Hall for the foreseable future. Class times have adjusted to 09.15 – 10.15 as part of the negotiations.

Yoga and wellbeing retreats in Portugal

I am really excited to be supporting Xintara as they start to offer retreats in their beautiful quinta in Sintra, Portugal. The quinta has been owned by the Bryers family for over 30 years and used to be a monastery. Over the years it has been lovingly restored and now has 2 swimming pools, extensive grounds and a chapel and crypt.

The Xintara quinta is made up of two properties Sao Bento and Matalva.

We have currently got a retreat planned in May/June 2020 and it would be lovely to see some of my yogi's there.
